The County half of the joint Atherley/County team who participated in The Hamblin Trophy 3rd/4th place final at Riverside I.B.C. Winchester on 16th March 2025. This is a two rink indoor competition for outdoor clubs played over the Winter months. County do not have enough indoor players to enter an individual team so for 2024/25 we entered a joint team with Atherley which worked very well. After six group matches we qualified for the 3rd/4th place final which unfortunately we lost. The County rink won, but unfortunately the Atherley rink lost and we lost the match on the overall score. We were delighted to finish fourth out of 14 teams as in previous years the opposition has been too strong for us. Other players who played in the earlier group matches were Malcolm James, James Lapage, Peggy Marshall, Linda Powney & Graham Ward.
